Completely disassemble, clean and inspect. 

Standard install of scope in existing rings.

Same as basic service but includes lapping rings for perfect alignment.

Basic labor rate for non machine work. Minimum half hour charge.

Basic labor rate for machine work.

Drilling new holes or enlarging existing holes.

Includes removing factory knob and threading for replacement. Does not include the knob itself.

Truing up receiver face and lapping lugs to the abutments.

Basic truing plus squaring the abutments to the lugs and truing the lugs.

Advanced truing plus recutting the receiver threads to true them up to boreline.

Cleaning up the seer surface. Adjust creep and pull weight if applicable.

Install trigger and adjust if needed.

Convert a remington 700 bolt stop to the external style on the side of the receiver.

Replace factory remington 700 extractor clip to an external mini-16 style extractor.

Bush the bolt nose on a remington 700 for repair or caliber change. Includes conversion to mini-16 extractor.

Aftermarket barrel installation (basic).

Threading barrel muzzle only.

50 to install device on existing thread. 150 to thread the muzzle and install a device.

Basic cut and re-crown.

Drill and install barrel liner on most rimfire barrels. Pricing will depend on the job.

Install ramp or band style sights or sling swivels. Price is based on individual project.

Install front or mid bead, Bead itself is extra.

Lengthen forcing on non-chrome lined barrels.

Includes cost of a choke. Non-chrome lined barrels.

Standard two row porting per side.

Recut the forcing cone. Does not include setting barrel back or squaring the mouth.

Replace with factory or aftermarket barrel and set the cylinder gap, square mouth and cut the forcing cone.

Clean up any burs, replace rebound and main  spring, adjust pull weight on main spring and polish the sear. Cost of parts is extra.

Clean up any burs, polish feed ramps, replace any links or springs and touch up the sear. Cost of parts extra.

Tighten up the slide to frame fit.

Custom fit a match grade barrel and bushing to minimum clearances. Set link to be proper size and swing. Set headspace as well as ensuring positive lug lockup. Cost of parts extra.

Cut slide for dovetail sights, front or rear. Cost of sights extra.

Cut slide for the rear novak style sight. Cost of sight extra.

Standard glass bedding on most stocks without pillars.

Glass bedding most stocks while adding pillars. Includes pillars in price.

Finish inletting/fitting your semi-inlet stock. Prices vary depending on amount or work required to finish.

Install recessed swivels in wood stock. Swivels are extra.

Install stud type swivels in wood or fiberglass stock. Swivels are extra.

Install standard non-adjustable recoil pad on wood or fiberglass stock. Cost of the pad is extra.

Install an adjustable butt pad assembly such as Graco etc. Cost of pad is extra.

Install adjustable comb hardware. Price depends on which type of hardware you want. Cost of hardware itself is extra.

Strip existing finish and refinish. Price depends on type of finish required. Spray on poly or lacquer to a full on pore filled oil hand rubbed finish.

Call for quote on specific project. Customer supplies the wood they would like to use.

Bead blasted metal and salt blued to a matt finish.

Most imperfections removed and metal polished to a 320 grit. 

Most if not all imperfections removed and metal is polished to 1000 grit and buffed to a mirror finish. This yields what is called black chrome when blued.

Mandatory for double barrel shotguns and rifles however it can be applied to any metal. Metal is polished to 320 before bluing. 

Apply single color spray on layer of KG GunKote. Multi color finishes are extra. Semi-autos are extra.

Color shifting paint sometimes called chameleon paint.
